I had been a customer with a .ch email address for many many years, but recently I was very busy and didn't notice my email had filled up and I therefore did not get the subscription renewal email. I hadn't logged in to the admin portal for years and the bill would have been in there... had I kept my recovery email up to date. This review is a cautionary tale to expect minimal support replies and no mercy if you find yourself in a similar situation. Contacting customer support about resetting passwords etc results in either no reply, or a passive aggressive one about logging into the admin portal and no followup, even though as a customer I was clearly having trouble and myself being persistent about following THEM up, asking for help with re-doing the recovery email. Heaven forbid that a customer gets sick or busy caring for others AKA life happens. I followed the sparse information in their FAQs, even checked to ensure I had read that information first as they say they don't reply if the answer is already in there. So I did contact support separately about the admin portal issues as advised, but all I got was radio silence and my account disconnected. All that makes it very difficult to remain a customer even if someone wanted to. I absolutely do not recommend using this service.
