I had a very disappointing experience with Neon Auto Transport. Despite paying the agreed deposit for vehicle shipment, the company doubled the quoted price just one day prior to the pickup, which was unexpected and unprofessional. They ultimately failed to provide the promised service and did not deliver my car as arranged. After that, they refused to refund my deposit. Numerous attempts to contact them went unanswered or were met with empty promises. This appears to be a clear case of fraud.I have officially filed complaints with the FMCSA, Federal Trade Commission, State Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and other consumer protection agencies. I strongly encourage other customers who have had similar experiences with this company to come forward and file complaints as well. Together, we can help prevent others from falling victim to this scam.Avoid this company to save yourself the hassle and potential loss.
