Not a bad product for the price, but the customer service and experience were so bad.I had a faulty product and asked for a return according to their return policy. Attached photos and paid for the postal Return. A few days later, I received an email stating that they could not accept the return, but offered two options. 1. They destroy the product or2. I pay for the return of the faulty product to myself.I did not find either of these options acceptable and asked to speak to someone to solve the issue.My response...The fault was not theirs or the manufacturers, it was mine...Wow. Talk about accusations. Anyway, I was not happy, and it now became a matter of principle that I would argue this. Long story short, after many emails, I got a response that they noted on my request return that I included photos of the faulty product and I therefore received a store credit. AND... paid for postage again.After all that, I am happy to pay a high price for quality AND customer service. I will not be going back to NEOPRO along with many cycling friends too after telling them about my experience.
