Unfortunately I find myself writing a 1 start review due to unprofessional and very disappointing customer service. My husband purchased a cycling bib for me as a gift and unfortunately due to the sizing chart not matching the true size of the garment it was too small. As it was a gift and was given to me a week past the 30 day exchange policy I was refused an exchange. I appreciate this policy exists and as a business owner myself for over 20 years I understand that customer service is top priority and by providing quality after care customer service it always pays itself back ten fold. Unfortunately customer service no longer exists within these online only business platforms. We have learnt a lesson and it has made us realise that we have been letting our own local business down by supporting online scammers or online business who, once they receive your money, do not care about their customers. We will go back to supporting our local businesses and many wonderful local cycling shops whom support our local community, provide jobs and provide amazing customer service.
