Second time ordering from neopro. Their quality is good. But there's no customer service. The first time I had noticed the wrong size was ordered, tried to contact them, but they don't have anybody you can talk to directly. They claim this keeps costs down. So I just refused delivery, something we have in the USA that keeps us from being ripped off by the mail order company. They still decided that they didn't have to refund me, and charged me an additional eight dollars for shipping. I'm a retired senior, who has a limited income. But you keep seeing the same models they have had for ten years, smiling at you with their stupid grin. Like we here in Australia don't really give a darn about you Americans, please continue to give us money. Two years almost passed, and I liked what I received from them, and they had another sale. I ordered two items from them, both at size 4XL. After about an hour I received the invoice and noticed that one of the items was listed as 5XL. Now once, I can understand taking the blame for ordering the wrong size, I guess it happens, but the only time it happens with me, is when I order from Neopro. So this second time is kinda suspect. But I figure, OK, I'll send it back and get a credit. But it says that the item was a closeout and closeout aren't returnable. So now I'm stuck with a clothing garment that doesn't fit 😒 Like the one ad, Foster's is Australian for Beer. NeoPro is Australian for ripoff.
