100% agree with buyer beware! This company practices bad business. We placed an order for 3 items which NEVER arrived. Neopro blamed a shipping error. After several weeks Neopro informed us that our items were oversold and therefore our shipment couldn't be fulfilled. Eventually, our money was refunded MINUS the shipping cost. So we paid $8 and received nothing in return.
