Ordered a short sleeve jersey (USA design). The jersey itself was actually pretty ok, except for the fact that it had a little hole in the front. I wrote Neopro about this situation, with attached pictures, and they replied that because I had already removed the tags (attached with a string) that they would not be taking the product back! Furthermore, they said they QC every product before they ship them out, therefore, I must somehow caused this hole in garment in the process of trying it on. Really?! So - no refund, no return, no replacement jersey.Another thing - not sure how those reviews on their website are gathered, there is no option to enter a review. They must have disabled it or something for people like me who aren't happy with their practices. I also couldn't filter for the 1 or 2 star reviews to read them. Dodgy.
