Ordered 3 items in a size (I always order) that were all too small. I ordered the same size from a competitor and had no size problems. I tried to return and was only offered a credit. I don't want a credit I want my money returned. Despite explaining the ACCC legislation to them (they have to offer a full refund) they have not offered me a return. Emails are rude, Cowboys! stay away.
