My partner ordered a set for a birthday present. As soon as the order was confirmed I saw that it was being sent to the wrong address and messaged the company within 5 minutes to change the address, was told that it could only be changed by the post office. The post office then said it could only have been changed by neo pro. The parcel was sent back by neo pro, who then said in order for the parcel to be delivered to the correct address, an additional delivery fee would be required. Terrible customer service, terrible communication. We would rethink ordering from them in future.
