Crap horrible service. This review was a long time coming. I bought at least four cycling jerseys from them last year. No problems and actually appreciated the price over quality. Then i purchased two clearance item jerseys in size Large, the same size as the other purchases i made. The damn things are two sizes too small. Not kidding. Literally i couldnt even get them on. Of course i could have gained 43 lbs overnight but short of that, the f-ing reason it was on clearance was the a-holes knew they were defective. I reached out three times before I received the obligatory “all sales final” FU. NEVER AGAIN. you broke into a market with value priced cycling stuff w decent quality. The reason you suck now w your crap 3.8 rating is you stopped caring or never cared about service. And now there are no fewer than four companies selling similar merch with high quality service ratings. This is what you deserve. Treating consumers w such disregard will always explode in your face which is exactly what would happen if i tried to put on one of those F-ing toddler jerseys you sold to me as size large. Anxiously awaiting your going out of business sale.
