I have ordered hundreds of things online over the past 20+ years and never dealt with such incompetence.Here was my experience:May 28th: placed order for an "in-stock" itemJune 4th: after 1 week waiting for a shipping confirmation, they tell me they don't have the itemJune 7th: there is a worker strike, and they don't know when they will get a new shipment of goodsJune 10th: they said my item was not affected by the strike and it should be sent soonJune 11th: no, sorry the item is out of stock. but we can give you the same item in purple.June 13th: after replying that I didn't want that color but was open to others, they said fine but that will be an extra $12. LOL this is what kills me. after waiting over 2 weeks of my order to be shipped, you are going to charge me $12 for a different color? June 16th: they canceled my order without asking and refunded the money (at least they did that promptly?)Just a massive headache to deal with.
