I have purchased cycling apparel from several of the more cost-conscious brands (and a couple of more expensive ones) and NeoPro is the pick of the group where quality is concerned. They could probably charge more and have free shipping and a more generous return policy, but I'm happy to get a quality product without subsidizing those extra costs. The icing on the cake for me is that an order from NeoPro was delivered the day my family evacuated the Tampa area before Hurricane Milton. When I returned home I found my mailbox was blown away with the order inside and was never recovered. When I reached out to NeoPro they immediately replaced my order. To me that's above and beyond the norm for customer care.
