Avoid like the plague!
Terrible app and customer service. I took out the subscription to utilise their 3 month free trial, but ended up deleting the app after a couple of days because it didn’t have anything that impressive on there.
I was under the impression that I had cancelled the subscription via Apple, however yesterday £50 came out of my bank account. This was of course a nasty surprise, i immediately emailed them and kindly asked if this could be refunded, I have not used the app and it was an error. This has happened to me before, where I forgot to cancel a free trial, and they have just been understanding and refunded me… NeoTaste, however, responded cold heartedly telling me to read the terms and conditions (multiple times).
The fact that they are taking hard earned money off of people, without even a gesture of goodwill, when I haven’t even used the app, is quite frankly disgraceful in my opinion.
I imagine I’ll get a response to this saying to read the terms and conditions again.. can’t I just have my money back so I can afford rent?😅😅
