This is a definition of a legal scam. If you wanna waste your money sign up. They have got nothing to give and then know it. The only thing that they have is that hoping you will sign up and forget about them because they’ve got nothing to actually offer and once you forget that will be bill you any price that would find suitable to your account and then they will say The reminded you in a email which they never did and you will end up losing your money with no services and good luck trying to ask where he found as apparently they’ve have it written on terms and condition
I signed up for the trial to see if Neotaste would be useful for me, but I only used it a few times since I don't visit the venues on the app. I believed I had cancelled before the trial ended, but the subscription still renewed. I only noticed because of the charge on my card.
I contacted support immediately and explained that I hadn't used any benefits after renewal and that only a few days had passed, but they refused to issue a refund and said their decision was final. Really disappointing customer support experience.
Avoid like the plague!
Terrible app and customer service. I took out the subscription to utilise their 3 month free trial, but ended up deleting the app after a couple of days because it didn’t have anything that impressive on there.
I was under the impression that I had cancelled the subscription via Apple, however yesterday £50 came out of my bank account. This was of course a nasty surprise, i immediately emailed them and kindly asked if this could be refunded, I have not used the app and it was an error. This has happened to me before, where I forgot to cancel a free trial, and they have just been understanding and refunded me… NeoTaste, however, responded cold heartedly telling me to read the terms and conditions (multiple times).
The fact that they are taking hard earned money off of people, without even a gesture of goodwill, when I haven’t even used the app, is quite frankly disgraceful in my opinion.
I imagine I’ll get a response to this saying to read the terms and conditions again.. can’t I just have my money back so I can afford rent?😅😅
I utilized this service in major cities, particularly Hamburg, and the discounts and offers my friends and I enjoyed were truly impressive! When I relocated to a smaller town and struggled to find restaurants, I contacted the support team, who were incredibly helpful. They processed my refund and were very understanding. I highly recommend them!
