I’ve always loved Neptune as a brand and the Bath store has long been a favourite of mine, so I was so grateful for the wonderful service I received on this occasion, even though I wasn’t able to visit in person.
The team kindly took my order over the phone and made the whole process seamless. Bea and Hayley were incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout and when my son came in to collect the items, he was looked after so warmly too. Every interaction felt genuinely personal, professional and caring.
