I’ve never shipped a vehicle before so understandably I was very nervous, and this company has made me never want to trust another transport company again. Within a week they tried 3 different drivers and neither of them could transport my vehicle! First driver- the tires were too wide(this was my mistake. I should’ve mentioned that the tires are after market). Second driver- the driver “got in a wreck” but when I talked to the driver he said he was going to LA not Oregon and had no idea about an Oregon delivery. Lastly, the manager(Robert) sent a driver. Not only was he a day late, but he couldn’t take the vehicle because it doesn’t run and the tires were too wide! Meanwhile they knew these details! Then Robert asked me to give him one more try, but had the audacity to charge me again! When I messaged back telling him I shouldn’t even be charged, he never wrote back! DO NOT use this company! My vehicle is stranded and now I have to pay storage fees until I can find another transport company! Trust me, spend your money elsewhere!!!
