I'm hesitant to use this product due to mixed reviews. I received three jars, one of which had a damaged lid. I've been unable to reach the support team; the contact form keeps looping back. Given the high price, I expected better packaging, especially since I’ve seen others mention broken jars and lack of response from the company. It feels quite dubious. I will seek out another seller with a similar product in the future.
