*UPDATE: Neptune got back to me. Requested pictures of the packaging (there was nothing wrong with the package itself) and stated they will send me new jar. I will update further at a later time. *
I have very sensitive skin and need to be careful what I use so I was skeptical of trying this product. I started with the magnesium balm which I was using for a sore elbow and knee. It did seem to help and I did not have a reaction so I decided to try the face balm. All three of my jar were damaged. Two had broken lids and one jar was completely shattered, rendering the contents completely unusable. Turns out, the product is poorly packaged, not marked “fragile” in any way and delivered by UniUni who does not give a rats butt about deliveries. Frankly, I am surprised I received it at all as my last two packages (from another company) shipped through UniUni said delivered but were most definitely NOT. Do yourself a favor: order the beef tallow and Manuka honey from Amazon and make your own salve. That is what I plan on doing.
I've been using the product for a month, and while I do notice it is more moisturizing, it hasn't helped with fading dark spots or reducing wrinkles. I'm nearly out of the first bottle and appreciate the moisture, so I considered buying another during a Black Friday sale for 75% off. However, the deal was misleading; buying two and getting one free totaled $74, but applying the discount only reduced the price by $14 and added back the shipping costs. I decided against the purchase, as I wish the company would be more transparent and not take advantage of customers during promotions.
I'm hesitant to use this product due to mixed reviews. I received three jars, one of which had a damaged lid. I've been unable to reach the support team; the contact form keeps looping back. Given the high price, I expected better packaging, especially since I’ve seen others mention broken jars and lack of response from the company. It feels quite dubious. I will seek out another seller with a similar product in the future.

Don't waste your money! It's quite pricey, but I thought it was worth a try due to all the social media buzz. It's terrible! It's like putting petroleum jelly on your face, and you wake up with grease stains on your pillow! The return process? You only have 14 days to return it for a refund! Who can see a significant difference in wrinkles in just 14 days? I wouldn’t bother! Just get a jar of petroleum jelly for the same effect!
Their advertisement promises a 60-day money-back guarantee, but when I requested a refund, they said it's only for damaged or missing products. This isn't mentioned on the order page. You only have 14 days, which is insufficient to see any results, and who would wait 60 days for damaged items? I would give zero stars if that were an option.
I can't cancel my subscription because the link in the email directs me to a non-existent website. I can’t reach the company by phone, and they never reply to emails. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any company.
