I bought a Essenza Mini Black that, for some defect, it stopped working after a few months. It was still on warranty, but Nespresso used every excuse to refuse repairing it or covering for it. Their customer service agent wasted my time for over an hour, he had very little knowledge of the company policies and finally declined warranty service out of incompetence. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. Never Nespresso again!
