product arrived fine via amazon, sink was not suitable so returned the next day unused and packaged as it arrived. The return policy says about the products being returned in the same condition which mine was. when it arrived or when at the warehouse the corner was damaged (either by courier or themselves when unloading) due to this they would not refund me and they said it was because it was not their courier used for the return. Evri was the only option given to me when doing the return and surely if they are using amazon then they should state they only want the couriers they use for their returns. I find this reason not acceptable and my only answer was take it up with amazon. I will not shop with this company again as basically they have taken £140.00 from me and they have the sink back also
