I'm not a reviewer in general but can't honestly thank these enough. I ordered a sink and tap bundle for our kitchen on a Saturday. Then realised later on I hadn't countered for the tap placement. I sent them an email explaining my error they instantly cancelled my order and refunded. I found a sink unit that would fit and ordered it Monday Am and was delivered the very next day. All packaging was great and protected. Absolutely no complaints and a fantastic company to deal with thank you

I ordered a sink and a drainage kit of Nesstar through another site and have had a terrible experience.First the drainage kit is plastic where the description is stainless steel. But they sent the wrong sink. I had to return that one and reorder a new one. But they didn't apply the same discount on the second one (due to buying multiple products. They refuse to honour the multi-buy code and said I should have called them to arrange a straight swap. I actually did call them and that left voicemail but they never came back to me. Person on their customer service chat is awful.I did attempt to call (multiple times and left a voicemail) but they did not answer or return any of my messages and then blamed me for not calling them.
Edit. We are now another week on and still no replacement arrived !!!!! 3rd Feb 2026Absolutely appalling. Bought a boiler tap from this company that failed after only a few weeks of being installed. It took over six weeks to get a replacement but when it arrived it was only the tap. It is not the tap that is at fault it’s the boiler !!! They have been told this on a number of occasions. Today the replacement tap was fitted and surprisingly it has not rectified the issue of no hot water. We call back to them to be told that warranty is with manufacturer not them and they will send the information over to them. Well having looked into this the warranty is with the supplier so Nesstar get your act together and get a full replacement out to us plus a 50% refund to cover some of the plumber costs. EDIT The length of time is how long we have been without a tap which is now 7 weeks WE HAD TO GET A PLUMBER IN TO CARRY OUT THE CHECKS TO DO ON THE TAP BEFORE WE CAN REPORT IT. THE TAP FAILED PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS
product arrived fine via amazon, sink was not suitable so returned the next day unused and packaged as it arrived. The return policy says about the products being returned in the same condition which mine was. when it arrived or when at the warehouse the corner was damaged (either by courier or themselves when unloading) due to this they would not refund me and they said it was because it was not their courier used for the return. Evri was the only option given to me when doing the return and surely if they are using amazon then they should state they only want the couriers they use for their returns. I find this reason not acceptable and my only answer was take it up with amazon. I will not shop with this company again as basically they have taken £140.00 from me and they have the sink back also
The kitchen tap was of very poor quality and was leaking when my plumber was testing it during installation. One connector was made of poor quality plastic and was leaking. It created a lot of hassle as I had to get another tap quickly so that my plumber can finish his job. To add insult to injury when i requested a product return only one day after the tap was delivered, Nesstar wanted a video and proof of leakage in order to ask manufacturer to collect it and refund is dependent on manufacturer confirming product is faulty. So beware of buying from this supplier, as its return policy is appalling, not complying with the legal customer right in the UK and product is of poor quality.
Edit- I can confirm a refund has now been issued. I understand this a manufacturer issue and they have agreed to compensate the supplier who in turn has agreed to my refund. Poor customer service, disgraceful product. Sink is poor quality and awful. Refused a refund and delayed responses. Will never buy from here again.
Awful service and communication. Refusing to refund until something I haven’t received is returned by courier to them. 3 weeks so far. No initial despatch notification and now bombarded with FedEx emails who you can’t contact easily. No proactive communication from Nesstar and their customer service clearly can’t be arsed. Won’t use again.
Ordered a nickel silver boiling water tap.They delivered a black one.Installed tap...tap leaked every time the boiler heated up the reservoir tank.Nesstar took three weeks to get a response to me and only then because I chased them.Can't recommend
