Originally seen the franke sink on Amazon but noticed the seller was Nesstar so checked out their website and got £10 off the Amazon price. Delivery was really fast within 2 days but upon inspecting it yesterday before the plumber showed up today there was a crack in the sink. This can happen to any company so I am not blaming Nesstar and the real test will be how fast this can be resolved. Did try to contact them yesterday and today but it is a weekend so wasn't really expecting much. I've emailed them now instead so hopefully someone will get back to me tomorrow.EDIT : First thing this morning a really polite lady phoned to apologise and arrange for a new one to be delivered tomorrow. Also went above and beyond to say she would get someone to check this one over before sending it out to make sure there is no issues. Great customer service.
