I have Building 36 in my house. I compared the features to Nest. Our utility offered deeply discounted Nest Thermostats limited to 4 (I have 6 zones). I figured, give it a whirl.What isn't advertised is without a "C" (Common) wire on the sub base, the app stops the installation and advises you can't use it. Good luck returning it through Google. Fat chance. The heating was installed back in the 80's. The plumber used 2 wire. I'm not about to go through all the sheetrock and carpentry work to run extra wire. So, If you have 2 wire, don't order it. It's a waste of time, and you have a very difficult return policy with Google.
