Like everyone else, the same issue. Heatlink dies after 18 months, hours spent on live chat with google nest, several mistakes getting a replacement sent out, days wasted and ALL IN MIDWINTER WITH NO HEATING.Poor customer service, for a product that is so critical to your home.
