Worse customer service ever. Faulty Thermostat unit one day old. Called because everything is closed. The unit is faulty and they should replace no question answered. It’s a day old. Not a month or a year it’s one day old. I feel let down by this company. I spent most of the afternoon sending videos and being on hold to Romania. I was made to feel like I have broken the thermostat deliberately or something. I don’t have a credit card and they should no be putting a holding charge on a credit card for a product that’s one day old. I have never been treated this way and did everything that was asked. The representative even admitted it looks as though my unit is faulty so they should send me a replacement while collecting the old one . Purchase from them at your peril. They are horrible to deal with. They treat you with ZERO Trust and the call centre are not very caring. I was put on hold at least 4 times and the representative had to talk to her manager at least 4 times I was asked about 40 questions from a prepared script. Remember this unit is a day old and they know that from when it was registered as it connects to the internet. Nest will take your money and try and avoid honouring any guarantee. They will make you feel like you been to hell and back and in the end you just feel sick in having to deal with them. It leaves a terrible taste in your mouth and I’m upset that I ever purchased from them. I noticed that Nest don’t answer any reviews on here which also explains a lot about this company.
