My experience with Nested has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, the apartment had several pre-existing issues, including a ceiling leak that was never fixed despite multiple requests. Throughout the stay, there was no proper support or service from their team — every concern was either ignored or endlessly delayed.Now, after moving out, they are charging a hefty amount from our deposit for “damages” that were already there before we moved in. Instead of taking responsibility for the condition of the apartment, they’re trying to shift the blame onto tenants.Overall, very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend renting from Nested unless you want to deal with poor service, unresolved maintenance issues, and unfair deposit deductions.
