If this was for my consultant (Karen) and the customer support alone, I would give this 5 stars and more. I just finished my experience with Nest at 14 months and it was great! Karen went above and beyond to provide objective evidence-based support and consistency throughout a what can be mentally weighing experience. The customer support (i.e. appointment management) was also extremely responsive and empathetic, letting me cancel last-minute when I was feeling extremely unwell.Only disclaimer I would mention is that, in the beginning of my experience before I saw Karen consistently, I was shuffled between consultants, one of whom was using very guilt-invoking and somewhat accusatory language at a time when I was very emotionally vulnerable.
