I'm not sure if all of their consultants would receive the same review from me, but the woman I spoke with, while very nice, did not provide the assistance I was hoping for. I had multiple questions related to BF and pumping and my baby's excessive gas. She seemed like she was in a rush and spent only 30 minutes with me. She didn't even ask to see him nurse to evaluate latch or anything. She said she was going to have me check his palate and that she wanted to see how my pump flanges fit me but she rushed off so quickly she didn't even do those things. The visit summary she provided me had included things we didn't even talk about so I'm not sure how to implement them. I basically had already learned everything she did tell me through Google. I was hoping for more in depth help especially since they are IBCLCs and there are none in my area. I'm supposed to have a follow up apt with a different consultant. I ended up canceling that apt.
