Ordered my Nesti at the end of November and there's still no sign of the order. The customer service replies to mail are vague with no particular explanation. Also, they say that the courier may have delays but for the over a decade of my living in Ireland, the post has failed me only once.I sent them a screenshot where it clearly says the post received an info but not an item. Looking forward for an answer and hoping that my pod will arrive at least but definitely won't be buying again there.
