For a company who say they are ethical and for ND's overstimulate stressed out such poor customer service adding not helping. Would not recommend these people at all. Frankly dishonest and unhelpful.

Love it

I absolutely love mine I’m 40 years old and love it asked my sons to get it for me for Xmas i would recommend didn’t realise had some bad reviews but I honestly love it I guess it’s one of those things some think great others think not worth it can’t comment on how long it took to come as my son ordered it

Fantastic product!

My son had a Nesti for Christmas from his grandparents after I came across them on Facebook. He loves it and uses it every day. The gentle compression helps him to sleep without making him hot. He also likes to wear it when chilling at home. It's really versatile too with different ways of wearing. Will definitely be purchasing another.

Ordered my Nesti at the end of November and still no sign of it in the middle of December

Ordered my Nesti at the end of November and there's still no sign of the order. The customer service replies to mail are vague with no particular explanation. Also, they say that the courier may have delays but for the over a decade of my living in Ireland, the post has failed me only once.I sent them a screenshot where it clearly says the post received an info but not an item. Looking forward for an answer and hoping that my pod will arrive at least but definitely won't be buying again there.

Very poor customer service Item wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to have been, emailed customer service but they haven’t been helpful in the slightest. I’ve ordered a different brand now but I’m £48.99 down. Avoid

Ordered 2/12, still not arrived...

I ordered a nesti pod as a Christmas present on 2nd Dec. Still not arrived. Apparently it's been dispatched to Royal Mail, but they say they haven't received it yet... Hugely disappointed, and it's not a cheap product! Update 15/12/26 it arrived! Maybe it was just Royal Mail who was to blame...It looks lovely and soft and stretchy. He hasn't tried it out yet, as it's a xmas pressie, so I'll update once he has!

Poor show

Poor show. Many people experiencing the same problem. Items not being delivered. Well over a week with no dispatch despite paying a lot for delivery. Company keep promoting their page but have no stock to actually give out. Avoid. I believe the item comes from alibaba as the delivery comes from alibabas transport company. Save yourself £30 and order from alibaba direct where its only £11.99.

Worst Company I've ever Dealt with

Avoid this company.My order is now over 3 weeks late and still has not been delivered. I have contacted Nesti well over 50 times via email, Instagram, and public comments and have been ignored repeatedly. I was given vague assurances that my order had been dispatched, yet no tracking, no delivery, and no meaningful response has ever followed. Despite clearly stating that I would escalate the issue and that they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (failure to deliver goods without undue delay), the company has continued to ignore me completely.This is not a one-off delay – it is a total lack of customer service, accountability, or communication. Taking customers’ money and then refusing to respond when goods are not delivered is unacceptable.I strongly warn others not to order from this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect replies, updates, or resolution. I am now forced to escalate through my payment provider.Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.This has caused me a lot of stress and I've spoken to loads of people who have had the same experience.

I WANT MY PROMISED REFUND!!

A joke. Charge £49 for an item which can be bought on Amazon for £17 - and Amazon deliver next day, whereas Nesti takes far far longer to arrive! So long in fact that one can only assume they ship direct from China - something Temu also does, yet Temu's extremely high quality product, which looks and feels EXACTLY the same, costs £14!I returned it, unopened, as agreed with them - and I've waited weeks yet still have no refund! This despite numerous emails from me and false promises from them! Like most companies that advertise on ebay, Nesti appear to simply be Chinese importers, who run rings around themselves to try to avoid admitting that. I asked in emails, clearly and repeatedly, if this was the case: they did everything possible to avoid lying AND to avoid telling be the truth - that's a skill but it's very transparent!I WANT MY REFUND!!?
