Avoid this company.My order is now over 3 weeks late and still has not been delivered. I have contacted Nesti well over 50 times via email, Instagram, and public comments and have been ignored repeatedly. I was given vague assurances that my order had been dispatched, yet no tracking, no delivery, and no meaningful response has ever followed. Despite clearly stating that I would escalate the issue and that they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (failure to deliver goods without undue delay), the company has continued to ignore me completely.This is not a one-off delay – it is a total lack of customer service, accountability, or communication. Taking customers’ money and then refusing to respond when goods are not delivered is unacceptable.I strongly warn others not to order from this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect replies, updates, or resolution. I am now forced to escalate through my payment provider.Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.This has caused me a lot of stress and I've spoken to loads of people who have had the same experience.
