We faced significant delays, and communication was poor. Requests to send documents to the broker's email instead of the portal due to technical issues were not accepted, leading to multiple resends. We had to have someone come to our home multiple times for document signing. The process was stressful, with conflicting information given to us, and we often felt ignored. The broker did apologize afterward and offered a gift card, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Communication in French was also frustrating since we do not speak the language.
