We use this company as a long-term investment for our future retirement. When you see your surname misspelled for the first time, you may think it is simply a normal human mistake. However, a few years later it happened again this time with a spelling error in my first name.
At this point, I believe these actions are not accidental but are being introduced deliberately. I would like to emphasize that I have not changed my address or my name in the last nine years, so there was no reason to edit or modify my personal data at all.
If this is how a company we are supposed to trust with our future operates, it is deeply disturbing. I have serious concerns that one day my money could disappear just as easily as the letters from my name.
