I requested to cancel my order, but it was dispatched anyway. I was later told this was an admin error and that a full refund would be issued under their money-back guarantee, and that I didn’t need to return the item. Despite this being confirmed in writing, the refund was not processed and I had to recover the money via my card provider.In addition, the product quality was poor. Only one earbud worked, the volume was extremely low, and battery life was no more than around four hours. Based on my experience, the money-back guarantee was not honoured and the product itself did not perform as advertised.
