Ordered item and given tracking number on 25th November. I’ve enquired numerous times and receive polite replies, promising to be sent out, but after the 4th time of chasing and asking for delivery confirmation or refund and no reply since. Sadly I think it’s a scam or it’s a company way to overwhelmed and cant fulfill orders. I’ve raised this with my bank now. Buy with caution- for me it’s a present I sadly can’t give on Christmas Day and had my time wasted.
