The customer service is useless, they can not solve any problems. I placed my order four times, with four different cards, the charge posted on each of my cards and went through and then Net A Porta canceled the orders. After two days of calling seven times, they cant answer why. Finally I was able to get a supervisor on the phone that assisted me, she was very nice and tried contacting the back office with no response. IMy problem was not solved and no compensation offered.I did a search for the exact model bag and found the GUCCI had it on sale for the same price. I ordered the bag from GUCCI and received it the following day, GREAT SERVICE. I am not a kid, I have never experienced such treatment and with no answers. This company should not be allowed to sell anywhere.
