I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received!! Despite many calls to UPS and Netaporter nobody can tell me where my parcel or when and if I will receive it. They also do not want to give me a full refund!! Netaporter is not what it used to be. Zero service, zero delivery, zero refund
and zero shoes…. 😡😡

They would need to pick it up another time and deliver it on another day, without any timeline provided. I'm leaving tomorrow and had arranged everything around the delivery. It's a constant letdown. I'm astounded at how they handle their mistakes each time.
