DO NOT engage with this company. The risk is too high if you need to make a return. You will be out of pocket. Returned an item same day I received it. Return process was simple and tracking confirmed the return was received. However three weeks later and despite lots of engagement chasing the return I cannot get an update or refund - and it’s over £4k I am due. Customer service appalling. Now having to raise a dispute through my credit card and using banking protection to help me. Spare yourself this pain and shocking lack of customer service. Shameful. GO ELSEWHERE!
