Attenzione a inviare i vostri soldi a questi delinquenti

Ho aperto un conto e inviato tutta la documentazione richiesta. Tutto regolare: il conto viene approvato e attivato, con conferma da parte loro che posso accreditare fondi.Effettuo due depositi a distanza di qualche giorno tramite MyBank, rispettando i limiti indicati da Neteller, da conto italiano e con stesso intestatario (quindi tutto conforme alle regole).I depositi MyBank vengono prima accreditati regolarmente (con relativa conferma), ma nel giro di pochi giorni “spariscono” e risultano con dicitura “eliminato”. Nel frattempo l’account viene limitato e mi viene richiesta nuovamente la trasmissione dell’estratto conto aggiornato, cosa già verificata in fase di apertura e comunque evidente, dato che i fondi sono arrivati tramite MyBank dallo stesso conto.Risultato: saldo negativo nonostante i due accrediti, i fondi non sono mai rientrati sul mio conto bancario e non è chiaro se siano stati respinti o altro, dopo che loro stessi avevano inizialmente confermato l’accredito.L’assistenza non risponde da giorni. Mai vista una gestione così inaccettabile. Nessun problema se vogliono chiudere il conto, ma non possono trattenere indebitamente i fondi né rifiutarsi di fornire informazioni su dove siano finiti accrediti regolarmente processati dalla mia banca.A breve mi attiverò per il recupero tramite le opportune sedi e per segnalare l’accaduto agli organi di vigilanza finanziaria presso cui risultano registrati. Da evitare assolutamente.English version -----I opened an account and submitted all the requested documents. Everything was approved and the account was properly activated, with their confirmation that I could add funds.I then made two deposits a few days apart using MyBank, fully within Neteller’s limits and from an Italian bank account under the same name as my Neteller account—so everything was compliant with their rules.Both MyBank deposits were initially credited normally (with confirmation), but within a few days they “disappeared” and were marked as “deleted.” In the meantime, my account was restricted and I was asked again to provide an updated bank statement, even though this had already been verified during onboarding—and it’s obvious the funds came from that same bank account via MyBank.Result: my balance shows as negative despite the two deposits, the funds were never returned to my bank account, and it’s unclear whether they were rejected or something else—after Neteller had initially confirmed the credit.Customer support has provided no reply for days. I have never seen such an unacceptable way of handling customer funds. If they want to close my account, fine—but they cannot unlawfully hold my money or refuse to explain where my deposits went after my bank processed them successfully.I will shortly take action to recover the funds through the appropriate channels and report this to the financial regulators under which they are registered. Avoid at all costs.
