If I could give this platform a 0 star rating I would. I just spent 50 minutes on the phone to a ‘customer service’ rep for them to blatantly lie to me and tell me that I can only use my Netflix account in the country I created my membership, while having the Netflix website open next to me claiming that using your account abroad is easy and possible. The rep was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me ‘oh no the website is out of date’ I mean come on how can you lie straight to my face? I will definitely be cancelling my subscription. The shows are also so limited and they have recently removed all of the shows I had the platform for anyways so complete waste of money. Appalling service and worst streaming service.
