I ordered several Stranger Things and KPop Demon Hunter items in including personalized mugs for Christmas on December 1st. They mailed me someone else's personalized mugs, unfortunately we did not receive ours after MANY MANY emails until January 9th. I was soo excited to be able to purchase the items(several sweatshirts and the mugs) for my daughter and I because we love show and the movie. The mugs were our Christmas gifts, we didn't get to enjoy them on Christmas. Just know if your order is incorrect it may take SEVERAL emails and weeks before it's sorted out. I'm writing the shortened version of my experience. Also, forgot about refunds, that's almost impossible. They like to offer a discount for future orders. I was looking forward to purchasing more show themed items in the future. After this experience I will not. Now when asked "where did I get that Hoodie" which happens a lot, I will tell whoever ask to try to find the items anywhere but Netflix Shop. I put the date of experience as today. Actually it was approximately 7 weeks from the original order date December 1st to today January 18th, the issues are finally SOMEWHAT resolved and honestly I'm tired of emailing them, I give up!
