In my opinion, the Trustpilot score mostly reflects frustrated customers, especially during the Christmas period, who expected Amazon-level delivery speed.
Here is my experience after purchasing multiple items from the website recently. First, people should understand that NetflixShop likely works with multiple authorized sellers using the same platform. Because of this, your order may be shipped in several separate packages coming from different locations around the world.
I received three different shipping confirmations, each with tracking that I could easily access through the SHOP mobile app. Everything arrived within one week, but even if it had taken a little longer, it would have been understandable since some packages were coming from overseas.
All items were well packaged, and the products were mostly as expected. I’m giving 4 stars because I find the items slightly overpriced for the quality, but that’s fairly common when buying themed merchandise like this.

I ordered several Stranger Things and KPop Demon Hunter items in including personalized mugs for Christmas on December 1st. They mailed me someone else's personalized mugs, unfortunately we did not receive ours after MANY MANY emails until January 9th. I was soo excited to be able to purchase the items(several sweatshirts and the mugs) for my daughter and I because we love show and the movie. The mugs were our Christmas gifts, we didn't get to enjoy them on Christmas. Just know if your order is incorrect it may take SEVERAL emails and weeks before it's sorted out. I'm writing the shortened version of my experience. Also, forgot about refunds, that's almost impossible. They like to offer a discount for future orders. I was looking forward to purchasing more show themed items in the future. After this experience I will not. Now when asked "where did I get that Hoodie" which happens a lot, I will tell whoever ask to try to find the items anywhere but Netflix Shop. I put the date of experience as today. Actually it was approximately 7 weeks from the original order date December 1st to today January 18th, the issues are finally SOMEWHAT resolved and honestly I'm tired of emailing them, I give up!
Absolutely terrible. I am shocked that such an established brand would put together such a tragic shop. Like most people here I ordered something in early December and the website claimed delivery before Xmas. It’s not the 27th December and still nothing. I tried emailing Netflix on 23rd December and no one responded to me. Additionally everything is concerningly overpriced - if you compare the prices of the Lego sets against the official Lego prices there is at least a 40% surcharge. I have nothing good to say…
1. Website indicated the item would arrive before Christmas. I placed the order on 12/16.2. When I saw that it had not shipped by 12/18. I started my multiple attempts at contacting Netflix Shop, including email, website messages, and phone calls.3. As of Christmas Eve, calls have not been returned, emails remain unanswered, no follow up has come from website messages, and the item has not shipped. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Edit: about 9 days after reaching out to their costumer service they offered refund or shipping the order again. Chose refund and they announced the refund doesn't include the shipping, same shipping that was the problem from the first place. Shop here if you like to throw away your money. I was blinded by the discount and the kdh merch, trusted the netflix brand, didn't check the reviews and now I'm paying for it. Order allegedly shipped 16 days ago (before blackFriday), tracking number is sht, zero updates. I emailed costumer service but nothing happened.
I ordered 2 items on December 6 and still haven't received them, it's now December 17th! I Sent a follow up request on the 16th of December and have not heard anything. Not happy with the level of service and mailing. Netflix, if you are actually monitoring customer feedback.....listen and act. NOT Happy and will not be ordering from you again! Terrible.
