Absolutely terrible. I am shocked that such an established brand would put together such a tragic shop. Like most people here I ordered something in early December and the website claimed delivery before Xmas. It’s not the 27th December and still nothing. I tried emailing Netflix on 23rd December and no one responded to me. Additionally everything is concerningly overpriced - if you compare the prices of the Lego sets against the official Lego prices there is at least a 40% surcharge. I have nothing good to say…
