On my profile, I was prevented from watching any programmes as the system said I that it had detected a VPN or proxy. (there wasn't one). I spoke initially to their helpline, where we had a circular conversation, they blamed my ISP and I said my ISP said there is no VPN. I asked where we go from there but robotically, I was told to speak to my ISP. I asked to escalate, when I put on hold that after 35 minutes the call ended without speaking to anyone. I then used their chat service and went through the same dialogue. I discovered that my wife's profile was able to watch any programme, but my profile was still blocked. I asked for this to be escalated and raise a complaint as to why this was happening. THERE IS NO COMPLAINT PROCESS WITH NETFLIX. This will go into the ether and there is no recourse. As a consumer, I find it terrible that we have issues and they are not accountable. I tried to escalate and email a complaint - all for nothing. I feel I am being held at ransom. Very poor non existent customer service. 1 star is too much
