Netflix prices are a joke as you pay £5.99 a month which is a rip off you got many apps you watch movies or videos free of charge and you can be on it as long as you want. i am quite disappointed for these ridiculous prices.

Fraudulently took money from my account

Kept my bank details and then randomly helped themselves to my money without permission after 18 months 14 days. When complaining on the phone each agent had a different story. The last agent i spoke with said yes we will only refund 4 payments not the 8 total. We would have refunded all but you called your bank. What kind of playground attitude is that?Netflix have committed fraud and are now being referred to the police.

Don't bother complaining - they don't care

On my profile, I was prevented from watching any programmes as the system said I that it had detected a VPN or proxy. (there wasn't one). I spoke initially to their helpline, where we had a circular conversation, they blamed my ISP and I said my ISP said there is no VPN. I asked where we go from there but robotically, I was told to speak to my ISP. I asked to escalate, when I put on hold that after 35 minutes the call ended without speaking to anyone. I then used their chat service and went through the same dialogue. I discovered that my wife's profile was able to watch any programme, but my profile was still blocked. I asked for this to be escalated and raise a complaint as to why this was happening. THERE IS NO COMPLAINT PROCESS WITH NETFLIX. This will go into the ether and there is no recourse. As a consumer, I find it terrible that we have issues and they are not accountable. I tried to escalate and email a complaint - all for nothing. I feel I am being held at ransom. Very poor non existent customer service. 1 star is too much

Getting worse!!!

Getting worse!!!How can you put on a series and only play 1 to 5 of seasons when there are more.Currently watching The good doctor and you only showing 5 seasons, to watch the rest you have to pay on another platform.You done this with multiple shows.Don't stream something if you can't do it correctly.It's like you show Scream 1 2 3 5 no 4 who does that a joke.

Pay more than other countries but get less (e,g, episodes later). Plus, I am anti-US right now, so have cancelled; good riddance.

I at some point had difficulty signing…

I at some point had difficulty signing in to my account.It turns out that I eventually managed to get signed in not realising that as it appears now I have being paying subscription twice for accessBilled twice monthly. On discovery I informed them and although this has been going on for several months they are only willing to refund x 1 payments back to me. I feel now like I've been robbed or mugged by this company
