I at some point had difficulty signing in to my account.It turns out that I eventually managed to get signed in not realising that as it appears now I have being paying subscription twice for accessBilled twice monthly. On discovery I informed them and although this has been going on for several months they are only willing to refund x 1 payments back to me. I feel now like I've been robbed or mugged by this company
