I've never had a truly great experience, but today was particularly frustrating. They advertise deliveries until 7pm, but a representative informed me it could be until 8pm, which seems excessively late. I ordered a bouquet and a memorial candle for my mom, marking the anniversary of my dad's passing. It was already a difficult day, and I didn't want her to receive the delivery so late. I requested updates but received very little information. The delivery was dispatched at 6:11pm, and I received an email at 7:31pm indicating it was signed for. I reached out to my mom to check, and she hadn’t received it, leaving me worried that my order might be lost or stolen. I attempted to call, but business hours had ended, and there were no contact details for the driver. After sending emails and my mom posting in her community group, the driver finally arrived at 8:01pm. This was a challenging day, and I had chosen this service because of past positive experiences. Unfortunately, this situation has completely changed my perspective, and I will be seeking another provider.
