Hi There, thank you for the flowers, my daughter loves the arrangement and so do I. Just a note: the delivery was not on 02 Mar 2026 at 08:36, you notified me on 01 Mar 2026 at 12:41 that it was out for delivery and it arrived just before 3pm. This was not a train smash as our plans had changed but it made me think that maybe you need to have a requested time slot for delivery on your order page because the original plan was for me to give them to my daughter at her Birthday Lunch and 3PM might have been too late. Anyways, thanks so much and I will definitely be ordering again, overall I am pleased especially with the quality of the roses..
I have received the worst service from Netflorist. Placed a surprise order which I then rescheduled due to the delivery being late on the day and it was after hours for a business address. Only to find the order wasnt rescheduled as promised by the agents but instead delivered to the business address and given to the security guard on a Friday afternoon, yet this was after working hours of the company it was delivered to. To make things worse the recipient was not contacted at all but the order was simply left with the guards and expected the recipient to collect the surprise delivery on Monday when they return to work. I have since reported this to Netflorist and have received no feedback at all.
So I purchased the biltong carver for my husband and I'm so disappointed, its extremely cheaply made, the wood wasn't even finished of with wood finish or varnish or a wood oil. The shavings rub of on your hands and it just doesn't feel sturdy.
I feel the tracking of the order could’ve been more informative, I wasn’t at all aware of what was going on, I was forced to do a follow up call on order processing. As for the product itself, I must say it was definitely not what I was expecting, what I was sold in a picture was definitely not what I received. What was intended to be a special day turned out to be a disappointment.
Terrible, awful and incompetent. My boyfriend ordered a bouquet for me and I received a notification that a surprise was on its way. Waited the entire day with no communication from them and my boyfriend called them twice and assured him delivery was on its way only to receive a message at 6pm they couldn't reach my adress. Why wasn't my boyfriend told they do not deliver at my area, why weren't we contacted if they were struggling to reach my adress. It's after working hrs and there's no way to contact them. I am disgusted by the service.
If there had been an option for zero stars, I would have chosen it. I placed an order for delivery on January 5th for my best friend's 40th birthday. I currently live in one city while she is in another. I checked to confirm same-day delivery and received assurance. It was disheartening to find out that the gift was delivered only on January 6th, with no communication about the delay.

I ordered a bouquet and a memorial candle for my mom, marking the anniversary of my dad's passing. It was already a difficult day, and I didn't want her to receive the delivery so late. I requested updates but received very little information. The delivery was dispatched at 6:11pm, and I received an email at 7:31pm indicating it was signed for. I reached out to my mom to check, and she hadn’t received it, leaving me worried that my order might be lost or stolen. I attempted to call, but business hours had ended, and there were no contact details for the driver. After sending emails and my mom posting in her community group, the driver finally arrived at 8:01pm. This was a challenging day, and I had chosen this service because of past positive experiences. Unfortunately, this situation has completely changed my perspective, and I will be seeking another provider.

The door mat has a font that is so fine that one letter in the personalized name is not displayed correctly. I'm still holding off on gifting it due to my disappointment. The 'E' in my brother-in-law's name is missing the top stroke, which makes the entire name look incorrect. This has left me quite frustrated.
