I ordered a Blood Pressure Machine to replace one in constant use. After two days I asked status of order and explained I had a reasonably urgent need. My reply was "Will be shipped sometime this week" Well thats their prerogative but mine was to go elsewhere and I did. A little understanding and assistance in expediting the order would not have gone amiss so now they lose a good client.
