Pretty sad, they don't care about their employees. They chew people up and spit them out like it's no big deal. Cult people mentality, most of the money is being made from a small number of people. The rest of the closers aren't even making 10k/month. A lot of the Setters don't even make 4k and they don't have base pays. A girl I knew said they were joking about firing people over zoom and kicking them off of the call during their "annual summit speech." Pretty horrible work culture if you ask me.
